Join Climate Positive Energy for our first Research Perspectives, bringing together student and PDF researchers to share their work around a common theme.
Our theme this month is Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). CCUS technology is getting a lot of attention, as an exciting tool on the road to net-zero. Many have concerns about the cost and feasibility of CCUS technology. At the same time, exciting progress in improving the efficiency and cost of CCUS technology is being led by researchers at U of T. What is the right place for CCUS in the energy transition? What is the state-of-the-art in CCUS technology research and where is it headed? Learn what U of T student researchers are doing to answer these questions and more, on May 26th.
