CPE is building a Graduate Students and PDFs Network that brings together sustainable energy researchers from across the University to foster interdisciplinary connections, and is looking to recruit an Advisory Committee to help integrate trainee perspectives in the development of the network and its programming. The committee will consist of 7 members from across the tri-campus and various divisions. Masters’ and PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows are all eligible to sit on the advisory committee, for terms of up to one year. Apply to sit on the committee using the online form below.

Responsibilities of committee members include:

  • Attending monthly meetings with the advisory committee and CPE staff (approximately 1 hour in length)
  • Brainstorming programming, initiatives, and partnerships to benefit the graduate student and PDF community
  • Attending and/or providing organizational support to at least one CPE event
  • Engage with other graduate students and PDFs in the community on sustainable energy topics
  • Supporting the promotion of the network’s activities and events
