Andrei SwidinskyAndrei Swidinsky, Department of Earth Sciences

Andrei is Teck Chair in Exploration Geophysics at the Department of Earth Sciences, and the overarching vision of his research program is to develop novel geophysical methods which will enable geothermal energy, critical minerals and carbon capture & storage (CCS) solutions to the climate change problem.

 

Phil De LunaPhil De Luna, Deep Sky

Phil is Chief Carbon Scientist, Head of Engineering at Deep Sky, a state-backed carbon removals project developer.

 

David SintonDavid Sinton, Climate Positive Energy

David Sinton is Academic Director of Climate Positive Energy and Interim Director of the Lawson Climate Institute.

Andrew is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Toronto, cross-appointed between the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga, and the Rotman School of Management. He graduated with a PhD in Economics from Duke University in 2018.

Dr. Yoshioka’s current research endeavors focus on signal transduction of stress responses in plants with an emphasis on immunity, and the generation of stress tolerant pathogen resistant crop plants.

Nicole is Director of Business and Client Development at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre, a Canadian results-oriented organization dedicated to horticulture science and innovation.

 

Shatha Qaqish ClaveringShatha Qaqish-Clavering, Climate Positive Energy
